YouTube Gaming Now Available

This news obtained from Google India blog, stating that YouTube has been available in India Gaming, Gaming YouTube mobile application is available on the website, Android and iOS.

Ines Cha, head of YouTube Gaming Content and Partnership Asia Pacific said: "We know the live stream bringing the gaming community closer together, so we've created a special purpose for them in YouTube Gaming".

Cha explained that the company has made it easier to broadcast gameplay to YouTube on Android devices that feature was first available in Japan last year. "On Android, we also make it easier to broadcast your gameplay to YouTube. You can now record and stream live gameplay mobile-on-the-go directly from your Android device using Mobile Capture on YouTube Gaming.

You do not need any additional hardware or software, simply press Go Live on YouTube Gaming application, turn your selfie cam and record your comments with your phone's microphone".

At first sight on both applications and web sites, it appears that YouTube Gaming has very little in the way of local channels or content from tape. Part of it probably has to do with the starters (although rabid) community content creation and the other with YouTube India operations yet to adjust to them as it has with other genre staples such as comedy and technology.
